Got a chance to take out injectors from a written off Jackaroo. After disconnecting them from oil rail saw something terrible, as I think ( look at the o-rings)
3 Of injectors were old ones and one has after-recall part number.
Trying to roll back whats happened guessed that customer asked mechanic to replace faulty injector. New injector was ordered without the kit of o-rings and pushed into the head by force with bad result, It wont come in. Then everything was disassembled and tightened down without releasing the nuts as per manual.
The results are at the picture. With engine like this we can adjust and tune up whatever we want with no results at all just because we'll be constantly loosing oil pressure between the oil rail and all 4 injectors.
So, If you want a properly fixed car - DIY!!!
Cheers
