TPS.One of the way it fails

Primary symptoms:
- Fuel consumption increased in last couple of weeks
- a bit more grey smoke at 1st and 2nd gears while acceleration from traffic lights
- illusion of less resistance at accelerator pedal
-bit softer braking pedal(not confirmed)

Critical symptoms:
- Engine randomly cuts off few times after cold start
- Check Engine light comes out and stays On all the time

Diagnostics:
Tech 2 TPS test performed. Gives +5 volts constantly

Solution:
TPS replaced
