99 Holden rodeo 2.8 l turbo diesel Fuel issue??

Hi i have a 1999 Holden rodeo 2.8 l turbo diesel lx . 
i have a problem with the engine. The problem has been intermittent it will sometimes start a little bit sluggish in the morning at 200rpm before i have to give it some and it wakes up to itself,Runs fine until it gets to running Temperature and then it stalls intermittent when applying the clutch and brake slowing down the engine drops to 200rpm then stalls. I took it on the beach today and it was running fine till it got to running Temperature. Kept stalling on me i have to keep pumping the accelerator pedal to stop it from stalling,not getting any power pumping it just enough to keep it going till it stalls at low rpm or gets more fuel then i can accelerate with power till it happens again and stalls. 
Thinking it could be Fuel pump or injector pump? 
Any Ideas?
First time owning a Rodeo, only had it a week. lol
