What is RPCV max %

Hi there,

After trying almoset everything to resolve my problem of lack of power and high fuel consumption, i recorded the engine data with tech2 today, while going uphill under heavy load.

One thing i noticed is that RPCV is not opening more then 53%.

Is that normal? what is the max opening % of RPCV supposed to be?

BTW - on idle it's around 20%
