Engine cutting in low rotation!!

Hi Guys

Today I experienced for the second time a cutting in the engine in low rotation, first time was a couple of months ago during a hot day (well not so hot as today) but the day after fronty was normal.

Basically what is happening is that when I first start the engine I can not take the foot out of the accelerator if I do the engine just die. Restarting the car I need to keep the foot on the accelerator for a couple of minutes and them the engine rotation becomes stable but not normal at the correct RPM it is always lower and failing a bit.

Does anyone know what could be?

3 weeks ago I have done basic service, oil, oil filter, fuel filter and air.
