Wondering if anyone can provide any ideas or have experienced this. When I start it from cold, it runs alright. As soon as I stop it and start it again that day, it runs rough and hesitates/surges when trying to accelerate. I could drive 5km, stop and restart it will do it or if I don't stop for 200km, the it will run alright. At the point where if I want diesel or food on a trip, I am hesitant to turn it off.
Background of car
Have only had it for a couple of years. In the time, the injector seals went and were replaced (about 5000km ago). While doing that they replaced timing belt, wiring loom inside motor, and new filters etc. I have tried cleaning the ROCV as described in these forums with no difference. I have changed the oil again with no difference (with 5W-30). I tried cutting the ORPS wire and I am pretty sure I got the right one as it had been cut and solderred back together before, and as soon as it was cut the car wouldn't start or would die if disconnected while running. I am starting to imagine maybe an ecu or something electrical to behave like this. It is more hesitating/surging than a miss so I don't think injector but could be wrong about anything here as I am taking guesses. It idles perfectly well and cruises along just fine. It is most noticable in 3rd gear and higher, especially going up a bit of a rise. No warning lights show up on the dash, except just after I cleaned the ROCV and tried to get the car running, but that all went away again. OIl pressure seems to be normal on the standard car gauge.
Any help would be magical.
