Recently bought a 98 Jackaroo SE. Love it to bits. Am really impressed with it - Until - on the weekend the Check Engine light came on. When it's started cold all is fine, then after about 10 minutes of driving it's chasing revs at idle and sometimes stalls or either idles at really his revs. Fuel consumption has gone through the roof.
I was told to check the throttle body to see if it needed cleaning but it was OK. Thought I would ask here for advice before I got ripped off by Holden mechanics.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
