Problems with my 96' sport

I have a few problems with my frontera and need a understanding of what is wrong and what needs to be fixed!

I've got alot of play in my steering wheel before my wheels actually start turning? Easy fix?

When in 4wd, if I hard lock I have crecking in my front tires/auto locking hubs?

After 4wding my car feels slow and ######, like it lags in response!!
