Hi all,
I have a 2006 RA TD Rodeo.
Just wondering what kind of fuel economy you get on the highway?
I used to only get 400kms per tank around town, then I put the full 3" turbo back exhaust on and I get 500kms per tank around town, but it goes to **** when im on the highway.
It sits on about 2750rpm @ 110km/h and I can just watch the needle go down. I did a 200km highway drive sitting on 110km/h today and used just over half a tank.
What do you get?
Would putting cruise control in help or not really worth the money? Are there any mods that can improve highway fuel economy like a snorkel or something?
I also noticed that where the intake pipe comes into the box that the air filter sits in has a piece of plastic directly in front of it, so the air stream has to go around the sides of it rather than directly into the air filter. Has anyone noticed this or taken it off for a more 'ram air' effect?
Thanks!
