Oil pressure without motor on

Hi all I've just notice I have oil pressure showing when I turn the key on to start I also have volts reading of about 10 volts an the pressure gauge reads about 400kpa. When I start the truck the volts come up to about 12.5 but the oil pressure does not move. Any ideas I'm going to see if the wire has come off the sender unit.
