3.5 fuel trim figures

Hi all. Just wondering if anybody that has the elm 327 wifi has been able to get short and long fuel trims for bank 2 to work. Ive got bank 1 bouncing between -6.6 up to +11.%. Ive replaced 02 sensor. Map sensor .did FPR yesterday which made a huge difference. Cant find any vacuum leaks either.im running torque for the s4 and downloaded dash command for the ipad so two different programs and both not displaying bank 2 even after pid scan says its supported.
