Hi, Iam guessing i need to replace the fuel sender unit on my 05 rodeo!!
Driving to work the other day about 50k's i notice that i had used about 3/4 of a tank of diesel (tank was full when i left home) which didnt sound right. When i got to work i had to move the car & gauge was below empty & light was on.
On my way home i dropped into the servo to top up tank & it only took about 8 liters. When i got back into car the gauge was full but 10mins down the road it was down to 3/4 full, now it just sits on empty with light on!!!
So question is, has anyone replaced there sender unit and can give me some hints/tips on how to do?
Or could It be something else?
