Engine Check Light Problem

Hi All

Rodeo 3.5L V6 04 4WD

I keep getting an engine check light every other week and when I plug in my scanguage I am consistently getting codes P0175 drivetrain fuel bank rich 2.

After resetting the codes they won't reappear for a couple of weeks.

I recently changed O2 sensors but this happened before that. Also keep the MAF sensor fairly clean with MAF cleaner. Any suggestions?
