Ok guys the Ra Rodeo 04 4wd has developed a pretty loud knock in the front end however its only really an issue when its been raining. It seems to happen when making sharper turns (not full lock) and also say when crossing the kerb when exiting a petrol station where the front is forced to flex one way then the next.
I have checked usual joints with a bar and also tried a hammer on the tyre while raised but still no clues.
I was thinking of changing all upper and lower balljoints with moog USA sourced components and thought probably a good time to replace upper and lower control arm bushes.
Any advice on the bushes, is this a simple DIY job, I'm a fitter but do these require driving out with a press or can they be knocked out & in. Also just thinking rubber vs poly as heard poly crap for control arms.
